Day Student Application Process

1. Submit Online Application (APPLY NOW!)
2. $25 Application Fee by check or credit card (Make payment below) (Waived if apply before Jan. 31)
3. Submit student  essay on why you want to attend MH-MA.  (200 word max.)
4. Submit Three Recommendation Forms (click here to download)
5. Copy of Transcripts (Latest received copy from school or online) (Official copy not required)
6. Complete Entrance Exam (All incoming 9th graders and transfer-in applicants as requested)
7. School will review and make decision on applicant 

If accepted, family will be notified and process continues.

1. Submit $250 registration fee by check or credit card. (See details below)
2. Submit release form to current school for all records to be sent to MH-MA (click here to download)
3. Prepare for entry into Maur Hill - Mount Academy
