Head Coach: Chris Prestegard

Experience: Entering his 4th season with the Ravens and his 3rd as the head coach. The '08 season will be his 11th year of coaching at this level.

Philosophy/Quote: Never quit. It is the easiest cop-out in the world, set a goal and don’t quit until you attain it. When you do attain it, set another goal, and don’t quit until you reach it. NEVER QUIT!
