   Dear Maur Hill-Mount Academy Alumnus/Alumna:

We are writing to ask those who have not yet signed up to consider joining the Maur Hill-Mount Academy Alumni Association. Our current membership stands at over 300 members although we would like to see that number doubled in the near future.

As the Alumni Association Presidents, we encourage you to connect with as many of your former classmates as possible, encouraging them to join.

Your membership helps to further establish our Alumni Association and strengthen MH-MA through student recruitment, alumni advocacy and many other areas. Your membership will include: invitations to exclusive socials and events, a monthly e-mail newsletter, and an opportunity to give back to the school. For example, the Alumni Association sponsored a hole at last year’s Bob Goalby Golf Tournament and gave a $500 scholarship to sophomore Shelby Kane.

We have created a new membership category for our recent alums (classes of 2008-2010), your membership will be FREE and will last for FIVE years! You should receive membership information materials after June.

For all other alums, the regular annual rates are $35 for single members, $50 for joint. If anyone is interested in becoming a lifetime member, please let us know. You may renew on the school’s website: http://www.mh-ma.com or telephone the office at (913) 367-5482.
